Shiekh Sayed Hashimi is a highly respected and accomplished professional Quran teacher, whose life has been dedicated to the service of the Holy Quran for more than a decade. Born and raised in the heart of Afghanistan, his spiritual journey began at a very young age.
He demonstrated an exceptional gift for memorization, completing the hifdh of the entire Quran during his formative years. Shiekh Hashimi had the distinct honor of reciting the Quran to numerous esteemed teachers in Afghanistan, who played a pivotal role in shaping his knowledge and understanding.
His dedication led him to specialize in the intricate sciences of Tajweed and Qiraat. He studied under the guidance of renowned scholars, meticulously learning the rules and nuances of proper recitation. His quest for knowledge took him beyond Afghanistan to the holy city of Makkah, where he had the privilege of reciting to teachers at the heart of the Islamic world, further refining his skills and strengthening his spiritual connection to the Quran.
Shiekh Hashimi’s academic accomplishments are extensive and profound. He received Ijazah (authorized certification) in the 10 Qiraat, a rare and prestigious achievement. In addition, he holds Ijazah in several key texts of Tajweed and Qiraat, including:

- Tuhfat al-Atfal: A fundamental text on the rules of Noon Sakinah and Tanween.
